The platform
Commissioner's Festival is Commissioner DJ Wysei's artist led live entertainment platform, built around performance, culture, emerging talent and the energy of the audience.
From its first edition to the larger scale Festival 2.0 in Owerri, each edition has developed the idea further: creating a stage where DJs and performers are not simply supporting acts, but part of the main experience.
Commissioner's Festival 1.0
The first Commissioner's Festival introduced Wysei's vision for an artist-led event built around live DJ performance, entertainment and audience connection.
Festival 1.0 established the identity of the platform, bringing performers and audiences together under the Commissioner brand and laying the foundation for what would become a larger festival experience.

Commissioner's Festival 2.0
Festival 2.0 took the platform to Hero Square, Owerri, on 2 November 2024, expanding Commissioner's Festival into a larger live entertainment experience.
The event brought together Commissioner DJ Wysei, entertainers and a substantial live audience, transforming the festival from an emerging concept into a significant hometown entertainment event.
